From managing her father’s rental units as a young adult to founding her own nonprofit focused on economic empowerment, Elisette Lopez has always been passionate about real estate and community impact.
Licensed at 19, Elisette began her career with Realty One in Fairlawn and later worked in Hudson, Ohio—where she now lives with her husband, Tony, and is the proud mother of four wonderful children. After gaining experience in both residential and investment properties, she returned to real estate full time with Keller Williams Chervenic Realty, joining the top-performing Kurtz&Co team in the very office where her journey began.
Elisette holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in International Business and Sales Management from The University of Akron and a Masters of Business Administration from Ohio University. She is also the founder of Zepol Enterprise and Zepol Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to educating underserved communities about financial literacy, homeownership, and career upskilling.
As a Realtor, Elisette brings professionalism, heart, and an unwavering commitment to helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest milestones. Her goal is to offer more than just real estate services—she builds trusted partnerships, rooted in care, insight, and long-term support.
A proud member of City of Joy Life Enrichment Center Church and a published author, Elisette is a lifelong learner who meets every client with grace, excellence, experience, and the confidence that their real estate dreams are within reach.
